We're working with our partners to increase awareness of celiac disease home-based testing plus education and community building.

How do I prepare for my celiac disease test?
There is nothing special you must do to prepare for your celiac disease test. However, if you have been previously diagnosed with celiac disease or are on a strict gluten-free diet, this test will instead provide awareness to your gluten consumption to support monitoring.
What are celiac disease biomarkers?
A celiac-specific biomarker is a measurable indicator of your body's response or condition to gluten. The two most common celiac biomarkers are tTG and DGP. In patients with celiac disease, these specific biomarkers are found to be elevated.
What makes the imaware™ celiac disease test unique?
imaware™ is a comprehensive test for celiac disease that utilizes the prevelance of family history, diabetes, and other relevant conditions in our report. Our test also measures multiple celiac disease biomarkers and combines the results together to provide more accurate insights of your celiac condition.
Is the imaware™ celiac disease test as accurate as a DNA test for celiac disease?
imaware™ celiac disease test is more accurate, as it tests your blood for presence of celiac disease biomarkers. DNA kits test for the genetic markers that may indicate a predisposition for celiac disease.
What is the difference between celiac disease and non-celiac gluten sensitivity?
Celiac disease is an auto-immune disorder that occurs in response to the ingestion of gluten. Non-celiac gluten sensitivity is the least understood reaction to gluten, and can be investigated after celiac disease is ruled out.
