Challenge

imaware and SuperTruth aimed to create a scalable way to connect lab-based biomarker data with device and demographic inputs, unlocking personalized, 1:1 health insights. BioPhy, an AI-driven pharmatech company, brought the scientific rigor to translate thisdata into meaningful recommendations.

The Goal

The goal was to explore how a modular, evolving baseline could support dynamic biomarker analysis – enabling accurate, personalized recommendations so people could proactively manage their health

The Solution

imaware enabled structured baselineanonymized health data lab results for individuals via validated at-home lab collection and clinical lab integration.

SuperTruth ingested the lab results into a live, query-ready data layer, allowing for contextual enrichment to become more precise over time.

BioPhy provided analytic capabilities with scientific research and rigor to test how added data fields could improve health summaries and reveal deeper insights.

Results

Incremental biomarker additions were successfully captured and integrated into participant summaries, and changed the outcome of the recommendations.

Enabled a flexible infrastructure where new variables could beadded post-launch, without disrupting the participant experience.

Discovery of meaningful correlations between biomarker combinations and self-reported health input.

Demonstrated a framework for scalable interpretation, laying the groundwork for more personalized recommendations.
